
Skyguide invests in ensuring gender diversity within the company. We promote equality between men and women because we are firmly convinced that genuine equality can only be achieved with all parties concerned.
Many initiatives are currently underway and further developments planned. We have KPIs for women in management positions, instruments for reconciling professional and private life and we offer long-term maternity leaves as well as paternity leaves. Wherever possible, we work with flexible working hours and from home. And we emphasize our current work on equal pay certification as well as our specific leadership training, mentoring and coaching activities.
