We experienced a technical issue around 2.30 pm this afternoon, 30.10.2023. This had an effect on office IT systems and also on incoming flight plans and meteo data. This is why departures from Zurich Airport were not possible for about 2 hours. All systems are back to normal again. Departures at Zurich Airport are back at 100%. Skyguide regrets this incident and its consequences for its customers, partners and passengers at Zurich Airport.
