Geneva, 26 June 2024, 10.30h – After flooding in the basement of the Swiss air traffic control centre in Geneva, the cooling system has been back in operation since the early hours of this morning. Capacity in the airspace controlled from Geneva was also increased to 70 % from 10.00 a.m. this Wednesday morning. This applies until further notice.
The exact cause is currently under investigation. The situation is being continuously monitored and assessed. Skyguide regrets the inconvenience caused to passengers and airlines.
